In-Licensing, Out-Licensing of Products & Technology Transfer Projects

In-licensing refers to the process where a company (licensee) acquires the rights to a product, technology or intellectual property from another organization (the licensor).

Out-licensing means when a company (the licensor) grants another organization (the licensee) the rights to use its product, technology or intellectual property.

We have few clients from EU for which we are in the process of out-licensing of the products.
